Design the record
A custom form is a type of record your team keeps: contacts, a product catalog, event registrations. Add the fields you need, group them in sections or tabs, and mark which ones show in the list.

Open it to the public
Turn on public submission, add the form to any page with the Form block, and choose the emails it sends: one to your team, one to the person who filled it in. Every entry lands in your workspace.
